ibis Quito

location, service are appreciated.

The rooms and common areas were very nice but the staff made for an exceptional stay. I was initially staying for only 2 nights but ended up staying for 5, coming back after my Galapagos trip. Upon leaving the first time, I realized I left some stuff in the safe. The general manager let me know he had it and confirmed with other staff as witnesses what was removed from the safe and even made copies of the large bills to match serial numbers in order to prove the money returned was the same as what I left behind. They returned everything to me when I arrived to check in next stay. The service and care they took before even knowing I was returning was more than I could ask or hope for. I will be sure to stay here if I return to Quito and will definitely recommend ibis to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming hotel for their trip.

the staff is nice and convenient location . Safe place .

great 4 night stay in quito thanks to Ibis!!! the room is what you expect of an ibis, breakfast was great and had full selections, almuerzo was a but more expensive than what you’d get outside but quality of food makes up for it. staff are nice, hotel in a safe area, supermarket and laundry shop less than a kilometer away. uber is easy to get in the area

Well located hotel with excellent breakfast. Was not bothered with external noise. Staff was generally helpful.
